Популяризация идеи посмертного донорства органов: практика, проблемы, перспективы

Аннотация

В статье описываются стратегии по популяризации и продвижению идеи посмертного донорства органов. Обосновывается значимость этой деятельности как основной, немедицинской, для решения главных медицинских проблем трансплантации. Приводится опыт практики популяризации идей донорства органов в странах с развитой системой донорства и максимальным количеством посмертных доноров. Анализируются негативные тенденции в продвижении идей донорства, четко прослеживаемые в западном трансплантационном сообществе. Анализируется ряд отечественных инициатив по продвижению идеи посмертного донорства на различных онлайн-платформах. Предлагается ряд конкретных действий по приданию практике продвижения идей посмертного донорства более приемлемых широкой публикой этических и альтруистических форм.
