Вакцинация против вирусного гепатита B у детей при трансплантации печени

Аннотация

Надежная защита от гепатит-В-вирусной (HBV) инфекции и других управляемых инфекционных заболеваний у детей имеет существенное значение в связи с улучшениями показателей отдаленной выживаемости реципиентов и трансплантатов после трансплантации печени. В настоящее время имеются только ограниченные данные об иммуногенности вакцин у детей при трансплантации. Обзор литературы представляет информацию о текущем подходе к проведению вакцинации против HBV-инфекции, принятых графиках вакцинации, целевых показателях уровня специфических антител до и после трансплантации печени детям. Также представлена информация о различных типах вакцин для провилактики HBV-инфекции и эффективности вакцинации в различных трансплантационных центрах.
