Современные материалы для замещения дермы кожи: принципы получения и современные бесклеточные продукты на их основе

Аннотация

Проблема заживления обширных и глубоких ран и ожогов является чрезвычайно актуальной в современной хирургии. Большинство сложностей в этой области связано с дисфункцией пораженной дермы – соединительно-тканной основы кожи. Без ее полноценного восстановления нельзя ожидать удовлетворительных результатов лечения ран в долгосрочной перспективе. Данный обзор посвящен рассмотрению искусственных бесклеточных скаффолдов для восстановления дермы, а также основным принципам дизайна таких материалов. Выбранные для рассмотрения скаффолды (Integra, Гиаматрикс, SmartMatrix, NovoSorb) уже сегодня активно применяются в клинической практике и отлично себя зарекомендовали. В настоящее время подавляющее большинство коммерческих продуктов для замещения дермы (как и вообще для тканевой инженерии) производится за рубежом. Оценка зарубежного опыта и его применение для разработки отечественных скаффолдов сделают такие продукты более доступными для пациентов.
