Лапароскопическая и роботизированная резекция печени в аспекте родственного донорства. Современное состояние и перспективы развития направления

Аннотация

Мини-инвазивная резекция печени у живого донора – относительно новый подход в хирургии, который может повысить безопасность доноров и способствовать более быстрой реабилитации доноров. После первоначального периода развития данного метода, в течение которого безопасность доноров не была эффективно подтверждена, в настоящее время мини-инвазивный подход дает лучшие результаты, при условии что эти операции проводят опытные хирурги. Важными являются критерии селекции доноров, оснащение клиники и кривая обучения хирургов. В данном обзоре описан текущий статус развития направления лапароскопической и роботической резекции печени у доноров, а также описаны препятствия на пути развития данных хирургических методов.
