Профилактика и хирургические методы лечения урологических осложнений у реципиентов почки

Аннотация

Урологические осложнения (несостоятельность вновь сформированного анастомоза, обструктивная уропатия, некроз мочеточника трансплантата, стриктура мочеточника трансплантата, развитие пузырно-мочеточникового рефлюкса в почечный трансплантат, рецидивирующая мочевая инфекция) после трансплантации почки являются одной из главных причин потери трансплантата и гибели реципиентов в различные сроки после операции. Целью данного обзора литературы является анализ проведенных мировых исследований по изучению методов профилактики (рутинное стентирование мочеточника трансплантата) и хирургических техник лечения урологических осложнений (лапароскопическая коррекция суправезикальной обструкции мочевых путей почечного трансплантата) у реципиентов почки.
