Применение протоколов ускоренного восстановления после хирургического вмешательства (ERAS) в трансплантации печени

Аннотация

Введение. Трудности, связанные с предоперационной подготовкой, самой операцией и послеоперационной реабилитацией, делают трансплантацию печени одним из самых сложных хирургических вмешательств как с технической, так и с логистической точки зрения. Внедрение протоколов ускоренного восстановления после хирургических операций (ERAS) революционизировало периоперационную помощь в различных хирургических специальностях, значительно улучшив результаты лечения и снизив затраты на здравоохранение. Использование протоколов ERAS у реципиентов печени является редким явлением, характеризующимся значительной вариабельностью подходов между учреждениями. Целью написания данного обзора являлись обобщения знаний и описание текущего статуса развития направления ускоренного восстановления после хирургических операций по протоколам ERAS у реципиентов печени. Материалы и методы. Был проведен поиск научной литературы по ключевым словам: ERAS, LIVER TRANSPLANTATION. В обзор включены источники по релевантной тематике, среди которых были обзорные статьи, клинические испытания, обсервационные исследования и исследования «случай–контроль». Заключение. Протоколы ERAS в трансплантации печени направлены на оптимизацию восстановления, улучшение результатов и снижение риска развития осложнений. Каждый случай трансплантации печени уникален, и протоколы ERAS должны быть адаптированы с учетом состояния пациента, характеристик донора и особенностей самой операции.
