ОСОБЕННОСТИ ДЛИТЕЛЬНОЙ МЕХАНИЧЕСКОЙ ПОДДЕРЖКИ КРОВООБРАЩЕНИЯ С ПОМОЩЬЮ НАСОСОВ НЕПРЕРЫВНОГО ПОТОКА
Аннотация
В обзоре проведен сравнительный анализ методов и средств для длительной механической поддержки кровообращения с помощью имплантируемых насосов непрерывного и пульсирующего потока. Особое внимание уделено выбору оптимальных режимов работы насосов с учетом физических принципов взаи- модействия стационарного потока крови с пульсирующей механикой камер сердца.
