Обзор хирургической техники выполнения лапароскопических донорских резекций фрагментов печени

Аннотация

Родственная трансплантация фрагментов печени зарекомендовала себя как эффективный, безопасный и радикальный метод помощи при терминальных заболеваниях печени. В последнее десятилетие постепенно в клиническую практику стал внедряться  лапароскопический подход к донорским резекциям печени. На сегодняшний день, по данным мировой литературы, не существует единых стандартов выполнения лапароскопических резекций фрагментов печени у прижизненных доноров. В данном обзоре литературы будут рассмотрены практически все варианты выполнения лапароскопических резекций печени у прижизненных доноров, описанных в  трансплантологических центрах по всему миру.
