Трансплантационные технологии для лечения нарушений углеводного обмена

Аннотация

В обзор включены результаты ретроспективных и проспективных клинических зарубежных и отечественных исследований и рекомендаций по проблеме применения трансплантационных технологий для лечения сахарного диабета I типа и панкреатогенного диабета при хроническом панкреатите и панкреатопривных состояниях. Изложены современные данные о распространенности сахарного диабета и современных методах инсулинотерапии. Рассмотрены результаты трансплантации поджелудочной железы и островков Лангерганса при первичных инсулинозависимых состояниях. Представлен анализ технологии выделения и аутотрансплантации островков после панкреатэктомии при хроническом панкреатите и доброкачественных (опухолевых) заболеваниях.
