Представлен случай диагностики полиомавирусной нефропатии трансплантата с вовлечением в патологический процесс структур клубочка. Исследование биопсийного материала проведено с применением иммуногистохимических и электронно-микроскопических методов. Показаны морфологические изменения, возникающие в аллотрансплантате, ультраструктурные характеристики полиомавируса и особенности его распределения в тканевых структурах почки.

The article describes a case of diagnosis allograft polyomavirus nephropathy with glomerular involvement. Immunohistochemical and electron microscopic methods were used to exam the transplant kidney biopsies, which showed morphological changes in allograft, ultrastructural characteristics of polyomavirus and features of its spread in kidney tissue structures.
