Основным методом, используемым для консервации донорского сердца, является холодовая перфузия. Рекомендуемое максимальное время холодовой ишемии донорского сердца составляет 240 минут. Превышение этого безопасного порога увеличивает риск развития послеоперационной дисфункции аллографта и смерти. Однако существуют сообщения, согласно которым возможно продлить время ишемии донорского сердца без значительного риска развития осложнений. В статье представлен опыт успешной трансплантации донорского сердца, время холодовой ишемии которого составило 440 минут.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Heart transplantation is the gold standard for the treatment of terminal heart failure. The main method of the donor heart preservation is cold perfusion. The recommended maximum time for cold ischemia of the donor heart is 240 minutes. Exceeding this safe limit increases the risk of postoperative allograft dysfunction and death. However, there are reports positing a possibility to prolong the time of ischemia of the donor heart without a signifi cant risk of complications.
