Культивирование клеток печени человека и мезенхимальных стромальных клеток жировой ткани человека в перфузионном биореакторе.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В перфузионном биореакторе проведены эксперименты по культивированию клеточно-инженерной конструкции (КИК), состоящей из биополимерного микроструктурированного коллагенсодержащего гидрогеля (БМКГ), клеток печени человека, мезенхимальных стромальных клеток жировой ткани человека (МСК ЖТч) и культуральной среды William’s E.</p></sec><sec><title> Результаты</title><p> Результаты. В ходе эксперимента установлено, что на 7-е сутки в культуральных камерах биореактора присутствовали крупные клетки с характерной для гепатоцитов морфологией – полигональной формой и центрально расположенным круглым ядром. Метаболическая активность гепатоцитов в исследуемой КИК подтверждалась присутствием мочевины в культуральной среде на седьмые сутки культивирования в биореакторе и резорбцией БМКГ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to show the progress of the experiment of cultivation of human liver cells and adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cells in perfusion bioreactor.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The cultivation of a cell-engineered construct, consisting of a biopolymer microstructured collagen-containing hydrogel, human liver cells, adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cells, and William’s E Medium, was performed in a perfusion bioreactor.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. On the 7th day large cells with hepatocyte morphology – of a polygonal shape and a centrally located round nucleus, – were present in the culture chambers of the bioreactor.
