Ранее были определены минимальные оценочные критерии качества получаемых тканеинженерных конструкций. В дискуссионной статье авторский коллектив на примере децеллюляризации сердца рассматривает примененные различными исследователями морфологические методики исследования матриксов. Анализ современной литературы и собственные исследования показали, что морфологическая оценка качества децеллюляризации должна быть комплексной и состоять из нескольких этапов, которые включают в себя как базовые, так и дополнительные методики оценки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A rapidly growing development of tissue engineering promotes the increasing interest in the obtainment of various decellularizedtissues and organs. Minimal quality evaluation criteria of obtained tissue engineered constructions have been previously specified. In the discussionpaper the group of authors considers the morphological methods of matrix evaluation applied by various researchers on the model of heart decellularization.
