<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Bone disease is a serious and common condition in patients after kidney transplantation. The review analyzed the causes of bone disorders in the early and late postoperative period that are associated with renal transplantation: fibroblast growth factor 23, parathyroid hormone, vitamin D, immunosuppressive therapy and imbalance of mineral metabolism. It shows the most common clinical variant of the post-transplant bone disease – secondary osteoporosis, risk factors of its development and complications.
