Современные рекомендации поддерживают выполнение реваскуляризации путем выполнения коронарного шунтирования. Данные об эффективности чрескожных коронарных вмешательств у пациентов с застойной сердечной недостаточностью ишемического генеза ограничены.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In most cases, severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction is a consequence of ischemic heart disease. In clinical condition, current recommendations support myocardial revascularization in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy by performing coronary artery bypass grafting. Information on safety and effectiveness of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with ischemic heart failure is limited.
