Развитие почечного повреждения и особенности применения заместительной почечной терапии рассмотрены на примере больного с дилятационной кардиомиопатией, перенесшего последовательно две трансплантации сердца и две трансплантации почки. В последние годы наблюдается постоянный рост числа пациентов, нуждающихся в трансплантации сердца и почки в той или иной последовательности. Это предопределяет необходимость тщательного изучения всех элементов кардиоренального взаимодействия у данной категории больных.

The development of kidney injury and the characteristics of renal replacement therapy were considered in patient with dilated cardiomyopathy, who consequently underwent two heart transplantations and two kidney transplantations. Since the number of the patients needed both kidney and heart transplantation increases constantly, the multifaceted thorough research in this specific patient population is extremely important.
