Показана эффективность и безопасность использования системы АВК-Н с целью длительного (270 суток) обхода левого желудочка и возможность выполнения успешной трансплантации донорского сердца после эксплантации системы. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes the first clinical experience in RF of successful application of domestic circulatory support device based on implantable axial pump for two stage heart transplantation.
