<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents the data on the results of recovery the myocardial function in patients with end-stage chro- nic heart failure and prolonged using of the systems assist device. The most effective treatment of the chronic heart failure was received by the combination of the left ventricular bypass and the medical therapy aimed at normalizing the cellular, structural and functional characteristics of the myocardium («reverse remodeling»). An important step in restoring the myocardium to explantation pump is to create the conditions for the «physiologic hypertrophy» of the heart. The application of this technology will open the way for the treatment of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, alternative heart transplantation. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вспомогательное кровообращение</kwd><kwd>дилатационная кардиомиопатия</kwd><kwd>сердечная недостаточность</kwd><kwd>обход левого желудочка</kwd><kwd>пульсирующий насос</kwd><kwd>непульсирующий насос</kwd><kwd>ремоделирование.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>assist circulation</kwd><kwd>dilated cardiomyopathy</kwd><kwd>heart failure</kwd><kwd>left ventricle assist device</kwd><kwd>blood pump</kwd><kwd>pulsatile pump</kwd><kwd>nonpulsatile pump</kwd><kwd>remodeling.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Birks E.J., George R.S., Hender M. et al.
