Целью данного исследования стал анализ опыта проведения ретроградной перфузии головного мозга как метода его протекции при опе- рациях с гипотермической остановкой кровообращения, накопленного в отделении реконструктивной хирургии приобретенных заболеваний сердца ФНЦТИО. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There is no optimal approach to cerebral protection during ascending and transverse aortic arch repairs in our days.
