<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The pure red blood cell aplasia of renal transplant recipients caused by parvovirus B19 (PB19) is characterized by persistent anemia which resistant to erythropoietin therapy, lack of reticulocytes, bone marrow hypoplasia, and clinically accompanied by severe recurrent bacterial, fungal and viral infection. In case of reactivation PB19 it is necessarv, first of all, eliminate the causes activation of this virus and to cancel or reduce the dose of drugs which depressed the normal hematopoiesis germs, thus to reduce the pancytopenia associating complications in this population. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>парциальная красноклеточная аплазия костного мозга</kwd><kwd>парвовирус В19</kwd><kwd>трансплантация почки.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pure red cell aplasia</kwd><kwd>parvovirus B19 (PB19)</kwd><kwd>renal transplantation.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Park J.B., Kim D.J., Woo S.Y. et al.
