<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Complications of the biliary tract like bile leaks, strictures are an important cause of morbidity and mortality after liver transplantation. The frequency of such complications ranges from 5 to 25%. In most cases, biliary complications can be treated by endoscopy and/or methods of interventional radiology. This article is about the clinical case of liver transplantation with duct-to-duct biliary reconstruction, complicated by bile leaks, biliary tract stricture. Surgical correction of complications was ineffective. We used miniinvasive methods and got po- sitive clinical outcome after radiology intervention for prosthetics of the common bile duct. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>трансплантация печени</kwd><kwd>билиарные осложнения</kwd><kwd>стриктура желчных протоков</kwd><kwd>интервенционная радиология</kwd><kwd>протезирование общего желчного протока.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>liver transplantation</kwd><kwd>biliary complications</kwd><kwd>interventional radiology</kwd><kwd>prosthetics of the common bile duct.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Хубутия М.Ш., Олисов О.Д., Лотов А.Н., Чжао А.В.
