Это связано как с увеличением общего количества доноров, так и с использованием современных методов скрининговой диагностики возбудителей ВИЧ, инфекционных вирусных гепатитов, сифилиса. Основной вопрос, который необходимо решить специалистам: одинакова ли угроза, которую несет каждый из возбудителей инфекции для реципиента донорского органа. В статье рассматриваются современные данные по инфекциям у потенциальных доноров органов, основанные на анализе доступной отечественной и зарубежной литературы. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The presence of certain infection in potential organ donors is significant problem for Russian Transplantology. The increase in detection of donor’s infections could be due to increase in general donor’s pool and also to utili- zation of modern diagnostic screening. We should strictly define which infections carry a real threat to recipients and which are not.
