Обзор посвящен основным организационным решениям в сфере здравоохранения, что могло бы в неко- торой степени разрешить дефицит донорских органов, который сдерживает развитие трансплантации и доступность такого вида помощи повсеместно в мире. Приведен анализ наиболее характерных при- чин дефицита донорских органов, освещены экономические и образовательные факторы, влияющие на эффективность донорских программ. Особый акцент сделан на описании принципов работы так на- зываемой «испанской модели» донорства и американской системы донорства, приведено их сравнение. Освещены последние организационные инициативы, отраженные в резолюциях ВОЗ и WHA. 

This review highlights the main problem in organ donation practice. There was done the analysis of main orga- nizational solutions and best organ donation policy practices with accent on Spain Model of organ donation, and the comparing U.S. organ donation system. Last «break through» international initiatives for improving organ donation practice were brought from WHA and WHO resolutions.
