Целью работы явилась по- пытка определить наиболее частые причины развития ФП/ТП в ранние сроки после протезирования вос- ходящего отдела аорты и/или аортального клапана, а также лечебную и профилактическую тактику при возникновении этих осложнений. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Atrial fibrillation or flutter (AF) are frequent complication after replacement of cardiac valves including prosthe- tics of ascending aorta and/or aortic valve, and can cause the infringement of haemodynamics, development of thromboembolic complications, and also increase duration of hospitalisation and treatment cost.
