По- лученные результаты свидетельствуют о возможности использования данных протезов в мезентерикока- вальной позиции в качестве долгосрочного моста к трансплантации печени у пациентов с рефрактерным к эндоскопическому лечению варикозом вен гастроэзофагеального коллектора. В кратком литературном обзоре рассмотрены различные варианты коррекции синдрома портальной гипертензии, обсуждена роль шунтирующих вмешательств в эпоху трансплантации печени. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We present our first experience gained in use of polytetrafluoroethylene carbon-coated grafts for partial portosystemic shunting in three cirrhotic patients. The results obtained indicate that these grafts in mesocaval position can function as a long-term «bridge» to hepatic transplantation in patients with uncontrolled gastroesophageal varices.
