При этом заместительная почечная терапия (ЗПТ) применяется, по разным данным, у 1–3,3% всех оперированных пациентов. В патогенезе ОПП при операциях с ИК имеют значение гемодинамические, воспалительные и нефротоксические факторы. Многочисленные клинические исследования позволили выявить предикторы развития ОПП в этой категории больных. Данных о риске и последствиях ОПП у пациентов при трансплантации сердца в литературе значительно меньше. В этих случаях помимо прочих факторов имеет значение и нефротоксическое действие иммуносупрессивных препаратов. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The in-depth review is dedicated to the acute kidney injury (AKI) after cardiac surgery and heart transplan- tation (HT). The incidence of AKI is about 30% with requirement in renal replacement therapy in 1–3% of patients. Pathogenesis of AKI is multifactorial and includes haemodynamic, inflammatory, nephrotoxic factors. Predictors of AKI was revealed in multiple clinical studies. Data concerning AKI in patients after HT is limited.
