Данное клиническое наблюдение представляет два эпизода повышения прокальцитонина в динамике, связанных с разными механизмами индукции этого маркера сепсиса у пациента после сочетанной трансплантации поджелудочной железы и почки. 

Case report represents two episodes of procalcitonin elevation in dynamics, connected with different induction mechanisms of this sepsis marker at the patient after combined pancreas and kidney transplantation.
