В статье представлен первый в России опыт применения телбивудина у больных после ортотопической трансплантации печени. Препарат использовался для профилактики и лечения рецидива хронического гепатита В в разные сроки после операции. Получены данные о достаточной эффективности телбивудина как синтетического аналога тимидина в подавлении репликации вируса при длительном применении в течение не менее 12 мес., что согласуется с данными мультицентрового исследования GLOBE, результа- ты которого опубликованы в 2009 г. 

The first Russian experience of using telbivudine in liver transplant patients discussed in this article. Goal of telbivudine therapy in patients after liver transplantation was a prophylaxis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B recurrence. First data were received after 12 months since start of therapy, viral replication was inhibited, and that was similar with GLOBE trial results published at 2009.
