Особое внимание уделяется аспек- там снижения доз ингибиторов кальциневрина у пациентов старшей возрастной группы. Анализируются данные литературы об использовании иммуносупрессии с применением ингибиторов пролиферативного сигнала у пациентов, получивших субоптимальные трансплантаты почек. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article reflects the use of special schemes of immunosupression in recipients who received kidneys from expanded criteria donors. The reduction of traditional doses of cyclosporine A is discussed in old patients.
