В работе представлен ретроспективный анализ использования искусственных водителей ритма у 16 пациен- тов, перенесших ортотопическую трансплантацию сердца, в связи с развитием транзиторных брадиаритми- ческих дисфункций как в раннем, так и позднем посттрансплантационном периодах. При персистирующей дисфункции синусового узла пересаженного сердца предпочтительны DDDR- или SSIR-режимы стимуляции, позволяющие изменять частоту стимуляции пересаженного сердца в зависимости от физической активности пациента. Использование режима DDDR целесообразно для предупреждения на- рушений предсердно-желудочковой проводимости, появление которой возможно в посттрансплантационном периоде на фоне сопутствующих дисфункций пересаженного сердца. 

This report presents retrospective analysis of using artificial pacemaker in 16 heart transplanted patients because of developmented bradiarithmic disfunctions in the early and later posttransplanted periods. DDDR or SSIR regimens are recommended for persistened disfuncion of sinus node. DDDR regimen is recommened to prevent atrio-ventricular conduction.
