У реципиентов почечного трансплантата в разы повышены риски развития злокачественных новообразований. По ряду видов опухолей частота возникновения по сравнению с нетрансплантированной популяцией превышена в сотни раз. При этом для разных стран общая частота и структура заболеваемости раком у реципиентов почечного трансплантата сильно разнится, что связано с различными факторами риска, характерными для разных географических популяций. Данный обзор литературы посвящен изучению особенностей эпидемиологии посттрансплантационного рака, возникающего у реципиентов донорской почки, в различных странах мира.

Kidney transplant recipients face a significantly higher risk of developing malignant tumors. For certain tumor types, incidence rates are hundreds of times higher than in the non-transplant population. Overall cancer incidence and patterns vary significantly across countries, reflecting geographically specific risk factors. This literature review examines the epidemiological characteristics of post-transplant malignancies occurring in kidney transplant recipients worldwide.
