В исследование включено 8 пациентов, которым была выполнена типичная трансплантация почки и сразу после операции проводилась гемофильтрация в комбинации с сочетанной плазмофильтрацией и адсорбцией с применением картриджа Mediasorb. Установлено, что в ходе процедуры экстракорпоральной гемокоррекции происходит статистически незначимое снижение концентрации такролимуса в крови. Тем не менее концентрация даже после завершения процедуры оставалась в пределах терапевтического диапазона и незначительно отличалась от контрольной точки С0. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Сочетанная плазмофильтрация и адсорбция в сочетании с гемофильтрацией является безопасной процедурой у реципиентов почечного трансплантата и не оказывает значимого влияния на концентрацию такролимуса в крови. Тем не менее тенденция к снижению концентрации такролимуса в ходе данных процедур, особенно в полупродленном или продленном варианте, а также у пациентов с низким гематокритом и гипоальбуминемией, требует индивидуального мониторинга.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the effect of hemofi ltration and coupled plasma fi ltration adsorption on tacrolimus blood concentration in renal transplant recipients.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and results</title><p>Methods and results. The study included 8 renal transplant recipients. In these patients immediately after the operation was performed the coupled plasma fi ltration adsorption with hemofiltration using a cartridge Mediasorb to reduce the severity of reperfusion injury. We have found that during this extracorporeal blood correction procedure there was statistically not signifi cant decrease of tacrolimus blood concentration. However, concentration of tacrolimus remained in the therapeutic range even after the procedure and it was not signifi cantly different from the control point С0.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Coupled plasma fi ltration adsorption is safe in renal transplant recipients and has no signifi cant impact on tacrolimus blood concentration.
