Авторы в статье описывают состояние и развитие заместительной почечной терапии и трансплантации в Киргизской Республике (КР). В публикации демонстрируются этапы развития трансплантационной помощи в КР, представлены ссылки на нормативно-правовые документы, регламентирующие оказание медицинской помощи по профилю «трансплантация». Проведен анализ трансплантационной активности и демографического состава доноров и реципиентов почки.

 

We present an overview of the current status and development of renal replacement therapy and kidney transplantation in Kyrgyzstan. The paper outlines the key stages in the evolution of transplant care in Kyrgyzstan and references the regulatory and legal frameworks governing the provision of medical services in this field. In addition, it analyzes transplant activity and the demographic characteristics of kidney donors and recipients.
