Бронхиальные стенозы, возникающие после трансплантации легких, имеют тенденцию к рецидивирующему течению, что обуславливает большую частоту госпитализаций в сравнении с группой пациентов без данного осложнения. Малоинвазивное эндоскопическое восстановление просвета бронхов является общепризнанным методом лечения пациентов с БС. В данной статье продемонстрирован опыт применения комбинированной методики восстановления просвета и профилактики рецидива стенозов с использованием тулиевого лазера, баллонной дилатации, криоабляции, а также стентирования (далее – комбинированная методика).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Bronchial stenosis (BS) is a persistent, breathing-independent narrowing of the bronchial lumen, primarily brought on by scar and/or granulation tissue. BS occurring after lung transplantation tend to be recurrent, resulting in a higher frequency of hospitalizations compared to the group of patients without this complication. Minimally invasive endoscopic repair of the bronchial lumen is a generally recognized treatment for BS.
