Бедренная артерия – наиболее традиционный доступ при проведении вено-артериального ЭКМО у взрослых пациентов. При наличии противопоказаний к традиционным методикам канюляции подключичная артерия является альтернативным доступом, несмотря на то что имеет ряд особенностей. В данной статье описан клинический случай, где у пациента была применена методика периферического подключения ЭКМО с канюляцией в подключичную артерию с использованием гомовитального криосохраненного гомографта брюшного отдела аорты.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is a vital tool in the treatment of patients with severe cardiovascular failure during heart surgery. The femoral artery is the most common access for veno-arterial ECMO in adults. Where there are contraindications to traditional cannulation techniques, the subclavian artery is an alternative access site, despite its many peculiarities.
