Цель: оценка частоты ранних послеоперационных осложнений после сочетанной трансплантации почки и поджелудочной железы.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. В статье приведен анализ частоты ранних послеоперационных осложнений после сочетанной трансплантации почки и поджелудочной железы, описаны наиболее рациональные методы диагностики, консервативной и оперативной коррекции развившихся осложнений.

Результаты

Результаты. Хирургические осложнения наблюдались у 15,6% пациентов, иммунологические – у 12,5%, инфекционные – у 12,5%, осложнения иммуносупрессивной терапии – у 6,25%. 1-летняя выживаемость пациентов после сочетанной трансплантации почки и поджелудочной железы составила 91,4%; выживаемость трансплантата поджелудочной железы – 85,7%; почечного трансплантата – 88,6%. 

Заключение

Заключение. Частота ранних послеоперационных осложнений после сочетанной трансплантации почки и поджелудочной железы до сих пор остается достаточно высокой, несмотря на значительное улучшение результатов, обусловленное совершенствованием хирургической техники, появлением более эффективных антибактериальных и иммуносупрессивных препаратов. Наши данные соответствуют данным мировой статистики.

Aim

Aim: evaluation of the incidence of early postoperative complications after simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. The analysis of early postoperative complications after simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation is presented in the paper, the most rational diagnostic algorithms, non-surgical and surgical complications’ treatment; the outcomes of the SPKT are reported.

Results

Results. 15,6% of patients experienced surgical complications, 12,5% – immunological complications, 12,5% – infectious complications, 6,25% – complications of the immunosuppressive therapy. 1-year patient survival after SPKT was 91,4%; pancreas graft survival – 85,7%; kidney graft survival – 88,6%.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The incidence of early postoperative complications after simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation remains signifi cant in spite of progressive improvement of simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation due to surgical technique improvement, introduction of new antibacterial and immunosuppressive agents. Data, we recovered, fully correspond to the data obtained from the global medical community.
