Своевременная диагностика и лечение васкулопатии пересаженного сердца позволяют увеличить выживаемость трансплантата и улучшить прогноз для реципиентов сердца. В данном обзоре представлены актуальные данные по проблеме васкулопатии трансплантата сердца, его патогенезе и основных факторах, влияющих на течение данного заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Transplant coronary artery disease (TCAD) is one of the main causes of graft dysfunction and graft loss. Early diagnosis and treatment of cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV) can increase graft survival and improve the prognosis for heart transplant recipients.
