Заболевания сердечно-сосудистой системы широко распространены у реципиентов солидных органов и связаны с ухудшением исходов трансплантации. Эластичность артериальной сосудистой стенки является важным прогностическим показателем и маркером риска развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Неинвазивное измерение показателя эластичности стенки общей сонной артерии может быть полезным при оценке сердечно-сосудистого риска у реципиентов солидных органов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: сравнительный анализ показателей эластичности стенки общей сонной артерии у реципиентов солидных органов и изучение их связи с факторами, потенциально обладающими отрицательным воздействием на риск развития нежелательных событий.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 154 пациента в возрасте от 10 до 75 лет, среди которых реципиенты сердца (n = 77), печени (n = 9) и почки (n = 35), а также 33 больных терминальной сердечной недостаточностью, включенных в лист ожидания трансплантации сердца. У всех участников выполняли ультразвуковое исследование сонных артерий и определение скорости пульсовой волны; рассчитывался показатель эластичности стенки общей сонной артерии (ОСА).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлена достоверная негативная корреляция показателя эластичности стенки общей сонной артерии с возрастом, индексом массы тела, уровнем систолического артериального давления, величиной показателя скорости клубочковой фильтрации почек, толщины комплекса «интима–медиа» общей сонной артерии и скоростью распространения пульсовой волны в аорте. У реципиентов сердца показатель эластичности стенки общей сонной артерии был достоверно ниже, чем у реципиентов печени и почки (р = 0,002) и негативно коррелировал с длительностью срока, прошедшего после трансплантации, что, вероятно, связано с денервацией сердечного трансплантата.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Показатель эластичности стенки ОСА, определяемый при помощи неинвазивного ультразвукового исследования, отражает степень неблагоприятного воздействия патологических факторов на магистральные артерии у реципиентов солидных органов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Cardiovascular diseases are very common among solid organ recipients. They are associated with worsening transplant outcomes. Arterial vascular wall elasticity is an important prognostic indicator and a risk marker for cardiovascular events. Noninvasive measurement of common carotid artery (CCA) elasticity may be useful in assessing cardiovascular risk in solid organ recipients.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To conduct a comparative analysis of indicators of CCA elasticity in solid organ recipients and to study their relationship with factors that potentially have a negative impact on the risk of adverse events.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 154 patients aged 10 to 75 years, including heart (n = 77), liver (n = 9), and kidney (n = 35) recipients, as well as 33 patients with end-stage heart failure waitlisted for heart transplantation (HT). In all participants, carotid artery ultrasound was performed, pulse wave velocity was measured, and CCA elasticity was calculated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. CCA elasticity was found to be strongly inversely correlated with age, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, renal tubular filtration rate, CCA intima media thickness, and aortic pulse wave velocity. In heart recipients, CCA elasticity was significantly lower than in liver and kidney recipients (p = 0,002) and it inversely correlated with the length of time elapsed after transplantation, which is probably associated with cardiac denervation.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
