Возможность индукции иммунологической толерантности у реципиентов аллогенного органного трансплантата является научной задачей трансплантологического сообщества, поскольку это обеспечит вероятность полного приживления чужеродного органа. Однако в настоящее время такая задача остается трудновыполнимой.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: продемонстрировать длительное функционирование трансплантата почки без признаков острого отторжения и иммуносупрессивной терапии у пациентки, которой по поводу посттрансплантационного лимфопролиферативного заболевания была выполнена аллогенная трансплантация аллогенных стволовых гемопоэтических клеток (ТГСК) от гаплоидентичного донора.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы и материалы</title><p>Методы и материалы. Оценку функции трансплантата реципиента проводили с использованием клинико-лабораторных, инструментальных и патоморфологических методов исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У реципиента почки на фоне отсутствия иммуносупрессивной терапии сроком более четырех лет отмечено сохранение стабильной удовлетворительной функции почечного трансплантата.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Описанный клинический случай свидетельствует о развитии иммунологической толерантности к трансплантату почки у реципиента аллогенных стволовых гемопоэтических клеток (ГСК).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. The possibility of inducing immunological tolerance in allogeneic organ transplant recipients is a research goal of the transplantology community, as it will ensure the likelihood of complete engraftment of a foreign organ. However, such a task presently remains difficult to accomplish.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to demonstrate longterm kidney graft survival without signs of acute rejection and without immunosuppressive therapy in a patient who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) from a haploidentical donor for post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD).</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials. Recipient’s graft function was assessed using clinical, laboratory, instrumental and pathomorphological examination methods. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. With no immunosuppressive therapy for more than four years, the kidney recipient showed stable, satisfactory graft function.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
