Основное внимание уделено вопросам иммунологического мониторинга в течение предоперационного кондиционирования и в посттрансплантационном периоде. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This case report describes a patient initially found to have an extremely high anti-B IgM (1:1024) and IgG (1:512) titres.Additionally, patient had previous diseased donor kidney transplantation and high level of anti-HLA panel- reactive antibodies (60%).
