Задачей иммуносупрессии является предотвращение острого и хронического отторжения при достижении максимальной выживаемости пациента и долгосрочной функции трансплантата. Однако ожидаемые эффекты иммуносупрессивной терапии должны находиться в балансе с серьезными побочными эффектами этих препаратов и их токсичностью. Целью данного обзора было обобщение мирового опыта современной стратегии иммуносупрессии, оценка ее влияния на почечную функцию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Immunosuppressive therapy (IMT) is the cornerstone of treatment after transplantation. The goal of immunosuppression is to prevent acute and chronic rejection while maximizing patient survival and long-term graft function. However, the expected effects of IMT must be balanced against the major adverse effects of these drugs and their toxicity.
