У пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью данный синдром диагностируется примерно в 79% случаев, а наличие данного синдрома связано со снижением качества жизни и неблагоприятным прогнозом выживаемости. В этом обзоре обобщена доступная литература, касающаяся синдрома физического истощения, а также его значение при отборе пациентов на трансплантацию сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The role of frailty in cardiovascular disease is becoming increasingly recognized. Up to 79% of patients with heart failure are frail. Frailty is associated with reduced quality of life and poor prognosis.
