Методы и результаты. У 28 пациентов в возрасте от 19 до 59 лет (в среднем 45,9 ± 2,2 года) динамика показате- лей ФРС оценивалась в срок от 14 до 36 месяцев (в среднем 20,8 ± 1,6 месяца) после ОТС. До операции у всех 28 пациентов имела место низкая толерантность к физической нагрузке (ТФН), а также низкое максимальное потребление кислорода (VO2max). Через 6 и 12 месяцев после ОТС отмечался достоверный рост ТФН и VO2max в сравнении с исходным уровнем (р &lt; 0,05), в более поздние сроки наметилась тен- денция к снижению показателей ФРС в сравнении с выявленными через 6 и 12 месяцев после ОТС, у 3 (20%) из 15 обследованных появилась ишемия миокарда. Заключение. Выявленное снижение ФРС через 14–36 месяцев после ОТС может свидетельствовать о развитии васкулопатии или о прогрессировании исходно имевшегося атеросклеротического процесса. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To evaluate dynamic of physical capability (PC) based on bicycle ergometry test data in different post- operation terms after orthotopic heart transplantation (OHT). Methods and results. In 28 patients aged from 19 to 59 (mean 45,9 ± 2,2) years the dynamics of PC values was assessed at 14–36 (mean 20,8 ± 1,6) months after OHT. Prior to surgery, all 28 patients had low exercise tolerance (ET) as well as low maximal oxygen consump- tion (VO2max). A significant increase in ET and VO2max was registered in 6 and 12 months after OHT compared to baseline (р &lt; 0,05), a trend to increasing PC values was noted in 6 to 12 months after OHT compared to baseline, 3 (20%) of 15 patients examined showed myocardial ischemia. Conclusion.
