Частота встречаемости этого осложнения в общей популяции колеблется от 0,5 до 4% [2, 3]. Несмотря на разработанные подходы в лечении кардиохирургических пациентов, терапия глубокой раневой инфекции грудины и окружающих тканей после трансплантации сердца представляет собой достаточно серьезную и актуальную проблему. В данной работе представлено клиническое наблюдение пациента после трансплантации сердца, осложнившееся глубокой раневой инфекцией послеоперационной раны. Стратегия этапного хирургического лечения остеомиелита грудины заключалась в хирургической обработке раны, местном лечении раны вакуумными повязками и реконструктивной операции на заключительном этапе (реостеосинтез грудины, пластика раны передней грудной стенки перемещенными кожно-фасциальными лоскутами).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Deep wound infection of the anterior chest wall tissues in patients after transsternal cardiac surgery despite intensive developments in surgical techniques and improvement of antibacterial chemotherapy, remains a genuine concern worldwide [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. The incidence of this complication in the general population ranges from 0.5 to 4% [2, 3]. Despite developed approaches in the treatment of cardiac surgery patients, the treatment of deep sternal wound infection and surrounding tissues following a heart transplantation still remains a rather serious and pressing challenge. This paper presents a clinical observation of a heart transplant recipient, complicated by deep postoperative wound infection.
