Авторы в настоящей статье пытаются ответить на фундаментальный вопрос, являются ли аномалии лимфатической системы (ЛС) причиной или следствием СН. Понимание процессов лимфообразования в условиях СН позволит найти новые пути лечения СН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to summarize current knowledge about the interactions between the lymphatic/cardiovascular systems and interstitial tissue, which are associated with heart failure (HF). The authors attempt to answer the fundamental question of whether lymphatic insufficiency is a cause or consequence of HF.
