Методы и результаты. Оценивали диастолическую функцию ЛЖ путем определения скоростей трансмитраль- ного потока эхокардиографическим методом и состояние коронарного русла с помощью коронарогра- фии у 57 реципиентов в процессе динамического ежегодного наблюдения в сроки от 9 дней до 15 лет после трансплантации сердца (ОТТС). Выявлена связь между выраженностью диастолической дис- функции ЛЖ и наличием ангиографических признаков болезни коронарных артерий пересаженного сердца (БКАПС). Заключение. Показатели диастолической дисфункции ЛЖ могут быть использованы в определении выраженности патологических изменений сердечного трансплантата, вызванных васку- лопатией. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. The study was aimed to show a possibility of using functional criteria of the allograft left ventricle to assess severity of cardiac vasculopathy. Methods and results. 57 recipients (9 days–15 years after heart transplantati- on) underwent annual follow-up. Left ventricle diastolic function was assessed by determining the velocities of transmitral flow according to echocardiography, coronary state was assessed by coronary angiography. The rela- tionship between the severity of left ventricle diastolic dysfunction and the presence of angiographic evidence of cardiac allograft vasculopathy was revealed. Conclusion.
