Преимущества клапаносберегающих операций очевидны, так как они сопровождаются невысокой летальностью, более продолжительной выживаемостью, лучшим качеством жизни оперированных, поскольку экономят насосные резервы сердца и освобождают пациентов от постоянного приема прямых антикоагулянтов и лабораторного контроля системы гемостаза, а также других протезассоциированных специфических осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper reviews the current main approaches to valve-sparing aortic root reconstruction.
