Выделяют две формы гипоплазии внутрипеченочных желчных протоков: синдромальную, ассоциированную с различными внепеченочны- ми аномалиями и несиндромальную, представляющую собой гетерогенную группу расстройств, вклю- чающих врожденные инфекции, метаболические, эндокринные, иммунные нарушения, хромосомные дефекты и различные другие нарушения. Во многих случаях гипоплазия внутрипеченочных желчных протоков остается идиопатической. В обзоре представлены вопросы терминологии, описаны класси- фикации, морфологическая характеристика гипоплазии внутрипеченочных желчных протоков, отличия синдромальной и несиндромальной формы гипоплазии внутрипеченочных желчных протоков, а также представлены принципы дифференциальной диагностики гипоплазии внутрипеченочных желчных про- токов и билиарной атрезии. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paucity of intrahepatic bile ducts is characterized by reducing the quantity of interlobular bile ducts in re- lation to portal tracts of the liver. There are two defined forms of paucity of intrahepaticbile ducts: syndromatic, which is associated with various extrahepatic abnormalities and nonsyndromatic, being the heterogeneous group of disorders, including congenital infections, metabolic, endocrine, immune disorders, congenital infections and various other disorders. In many instances paucity of intrahepatic bile ducts remains idiopathic.
