Оценить 1- и 5-летнюю выживаемость трансплантатов и реципиентов после первичной и повторной трансплантации почки, сравнить результаты в зависимости от возраста реципиентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проанализированы исходы лечения 364 пациентов, перенесших трансплантацию почки в НИИ СП имени Н.В. Склифосовского в период с 2007-го по 2019 г. Из них 213 пациентам трансплантация почки была выполнена впервые, у 151 больного – повторно. Проведен анализ влияния предшествовавших трансплантаций, а также возраста реципиентов на показатели отдаленной выживаемости.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Достоверной разницы в 1- и 5-летней выживаемости реципиентов почки после первичных и повторных трансплантаций выявлено не было. В то время как отдаленная выживаемость трансплантатов, напротив, существенно зависела от этого критерия и после первичных трансплантаций оказалась достоверно выше. 1- и 5-летняя выживаемость реципиентов старшего возраста была ниже, чем выживаемость молодых после первичной и повторной трансплантации почки. 1-летняя выживаемость трансплантатов у молодых реципиентов после первичной трансплантации почки была выше, чем у старших реципиентов этой же группы, однако значимых отличий в 5-летней выживаемости почечных трансплантатов не было. После повторных трансплантаций достоверных различий в 1- и 5-летней выживаемости трансплантатов почки в зависимости от возраста реципиентов не выявлено.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наличие у реципиента в анамнезе предшествующих трансплантаций является важным фактором, влияющим на исход пересадки почки, что необходимо учитывать в клинической практике.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the 1- and 5-year graft and recipient survival after primary and second kidney transplantation, to compare the outcomes depending on the age of recipients.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The treatment outcomes for 364 patients who underwent kidney transplantation at Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Care, Moscow over the period from 2007 to 2019. Of these, 213 patients underwent kidney transplantation for the first time, while 151 patients were having a second transplantation. We analyzed the effect of previous transplants, as well as the age of the recipients on long-term survival rates.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. No significant difference in 1- and 5-year survival of kidney recipients after primary and second transplantations was found. In contrast, the long-term graft survival significantly depended on this criterion and turned out to be significantly higher after primary transplantations. The 1- and 5-year survival of older recipients was lower than the survival of younger recipients after primary and second kidney transplantation. The 1-year graft survival after primary kidney transplantation was higher in young recipients than in older recipients of the same group, however, but there were no significant differences in the 5-year graft survival. After second transplantations, there were no significant differences in the 1- and 5-year graft survival depending on the age of recipients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
