В мире накоплен богатый опыт выполнения подобных оперативных вмешательств. Известно множество разнообразных вариантов выполнения гепатико-кавальной, портальной и артериальной реконструкций. Разнообразие практикуемых в мире вариантов хирургического исполнения сосудистых анастомозов представлено в настоящей публикации. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The most important factor in the successful liver left lateral segment transplantation is the graft adequate afferent and efferent blood flow restoration. Modern experience of similar surgical operations includes different variants of hepatico-caval and portal venous and arterial reconstructions.
